Reading Committee

Mrs Baxter works with the Reading Committee. The reading Committee is a group Of enthusiastic children who have volunteered to oversee the running of the Library system, Accelerated Reader. Some of the other work these children undertake is :-

• survey children on what they are reading

• research authors and works relevant to learners

• maintain an active list on what books could be requested to buy in to the library and accelerated reader

• fundraise through being part of the Bring and Buy and also through book swap to continue to promote reading.
